Returns & Refund Policy

Returns  
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Return Process  
To request a return, contact us at support@casavelarno.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Exchanges  
We do not offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
